I doubt it, MK has always been a 1-per-system deal and by the end of Switch's life they'd be better holding off so it can be a big killer app for the new Switch 2.

We haven't had a situation where Nintendo aggressively ports all their previous gen games to the new system. So it's hard to say what they'll do based on experience. There's no saying they can't make the game and port it later. Games still take a while so developers can't sit on their hands for too long.
