What i read there is that Switch is the one being affected (positively) or benefited because old consoles are indeed old....Switch is reaping the rewards!! Their words, not mine....

Reaping the rewards=winning because the others are declining

It doesnt actually say anything about Switch sales being up, just mentions the others being down.
