UK Brawl Issues?

Disk is fine... no scratching. I've been playing it non-stop all day with no further issues. When I say playing fine, I mean that other than the cinematics lagging everything else is perfect. There is no lag or frame jumping outside of those cinematics. Combat and all others modes works normally. So it does "play" fine, but the cinematics aren't all going fine.
