No, that's stupid. If a game is really good I will play it regardless of the art style. I think that's the general consensus of most gamers. For example, do people play Minecraft because it has a great presentation?
More likely, I might pass on a game if its technically a mess. For example, I've stopped playing some games because the performance or presentation (bad pop in, blurry, etc) was abysmal. Some that come to mind are Shadow of the Colossus on PS2 and Shadow of Mordor on 360. Both games having "shadow" in the title is a coincidence.
