I stopped Astral Chain in chapter nine, in favour of a fifth runthrough of FE3H, which I've put on the backburner as soon as Dragon Quest dropped. I was pretty disappointed by AC tbh, the aesthetic was great, but gameplay never really picked up and the Chimera's realm was way too generic/repetitive.
I've been completely engrossed in DQXIS over the past month and a bit, it's such a good fucking game. I'm very near the final postgame boss with all mini medals and quests completed, but I'd be very happy if it just went on forever. I love all the characters.

And I've just beaten the game entirely. All mini medals, all pastword quests, all side quests, final boss too.
Absolutely fucking incredible game. Easily among the best ever made. The final ending was fantastic.
I wish there were 100 more acts, I'd continue playing just this forever happily. Alas, it's over and I have to move on. My next game will be Super Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz, what a massive change of pace.
