This is one of the better moves I have seen Sony make lately.

Hermen at the head of WWS makes a lot of sense with his background at Guerrilla. Guerrilla has been one of the the driving forces at WWS since it was established in 2005. The team has delivered technology and techniques that have been shared across all of WWS. They have also given team members the oppertiunity to help and learn from studios inside and outside of WWS, making other games better, and expanding the knowledge base of the team. With Hermen in charge I can see a lot of potential for better management of team memebers, putting people in position to offer the most value for any given project across all of WWS.

Putting Shuhei in charge of Indie development is a perfect fit for him. He has always been a champion of unique experiences with things like Handhelds and VR. Having him working more closly to help bring more unquie, and higher quality indie titles to the PlayStation ecosystem will offer more fulfillment for him, and more value for PlayStation.

I have to give credit to Jim Ryan. This is great management.

Stop hate, let others live the life they were given. Everyone has their problems, and no one should have to feel ashamed for the way they were born. Be proud of who you are, encourage others to be proud of themselves. Learn, research, absorb everything around you. Nothing is meaningless, a purpose is placed on everything no matter how you perceive it. Discover how to love, and share that love with everything that you encounter. Help make existence a beautiful thing.
