Game was designed with PS4 in mind, I really doubt there's going to be Ray Tracing, hell even RDR2 PC doesn't have it.

And I'm pretty sure that we will also see a PS5 version. Raytracing for the PC version could be the testing grounds for a similar rendering method of the PS5 version.
