I sincerely hope you are joking.

Are you really believing that behaviour only comes from males?

The manager you knew is not a representation of the male gender,he is just an ass with personal preferences that are based on ignorance.(That was what i meant so excuse me if it was not clear enough)

And you have females beings bitches for doing that very same thing, there you go: equality.

Comparing a high paying STEM job to babysitting.... wow. Some people are just special. I especially like the "sexism doesn't exist and it is ok to purposely not hire based on gender" argument. That isn't a paradox in the slightest.

You can turn this around easily,i do not know where you live but in the place i'm living women aren't forced into babysitting and men aren't forced to become construction workers but the first group happens to be more caring and willing to do that work and the second group has in general an easier time with heavy work, give the sexes freedom to do what they like but don't call it "sexism" that everything is not 50/50 split as it is choice.

And then i'm comparing lower payed jobs, there are lots of higher payed jobs with lots of females

A bigger problem can be found in that some people want others to behave like victims and when people are strong on their own they supposedly become"problematic",the thing is that those preaching against them are mostly weaklings on the internet speaking with no personal experience and use that kind of language to feel as a better person themselves. Fucking selfish pricks i would say.
