It's rare to be sure. Just an example that popped into my head as I was mulling over my top 50 for "the list": Dead Nation was a huge favorite for me on the PS3, and when it came to the Vita, PS3 owners got it with cross buy for free. This was, I think, without looking, at least 3 years after the PS3 version launched. I can't recall such a big time gap between releases having implemented cross-buy. Just looked it up. It was 4 years, and Dead Nation has a 68 on MC for the Vita. Unbelievable. I feel like I want to riot.
