Just that I've seen some horrors of people trying to build a first PC and there is nothing worse than seeing 2k worth of parts damaged and trying to troubleshoot if it was a problem with the build or if one particular part arrived damaged.

Also I've seen this on 2 separate occasions!

Remember, put the paste.... on the CPU.... not in the socket ;.;

Do some people really put together a PC without watching a how to video? I mean, even that infamous Verge (or was it Vox) video put the paste on the actual CPU and not the socket.

Here is a legit copy paste of an email I got, this person went on to refuse help and build the PC themselves, it went in the bin along with the 1070ti that was with it. That was a few years ago also when the 10 series was new

Hello ----------

I was hoping when you have free time to see the items I have, possibly see if they are compatible with each other. Apart from the graphics care and intel core I was also wondering if I am missing anything towards the building of the actual computer Whether it’s adhesive or wires. Anything that I would have left out if it isn’t there.

 Thank you

Where do the alarm bells start ringing for you in that email? Also... I hope you have not bought any glue for your build.
