Crysis: Warhead. (Best graphics of any game ever up to that point.)
GTA IV.
Mass Effect.

PS3:
Little Big Planet.
Metal Gear Solid 4.
Resistance 2.

Wii:
Mario Kart Wii.
Super Smash Brothers Brawl.
De Blob.
I must reinforce that visually the Wii fell short of the 7th gen platforms, the consoles visual output falls inline with the 6th gen platforms... But listed three games that looked okay for that platform specifically.
