Rockstar never had a stage presence nor they did they have any personality describing their games. Yet their games sell gangbusters and are critically successful too.
They are regarded as greatest developers and are hugely respected by the gaming community.
At the end of the day, Its the product that matters.
You can have phil Spencer on stage every year promising shit and not delivering on them.
On the other hand you have SONY that actually delivers on the promise of Greatness.
As long as they continue to be consumer friendly and deliver great games, nothing else matters.
