What I am hearing the OP say is that he wants more games like Snipperclips and 1-2 Switch. These games don't take a lot of resources to make. If they focused on these sorts of games, then Nintendo could really make a lot of them.
Back in the Wii, DS era Nintendo make a lot of games that didn't take a lot of resources. That is why they made so many. Of course, traditional gamers complained a lot about Wii Sports and Nintendogs. But those were the type of games that were being made.
