Ugh this argument again... So if "going green" was something conservatives promote instead of progressives, it'd all be good? The political affiliation of someone is more important than the actual argument that's being presented? "Liberals bad! Conservatives good!"
My God, why can't you people see that protecting our planet should have nothing to do with politics? This "us vs them" mentality is fucking up everything. Just because a "liberal" is saying something, a "conservative" is automatically against it and vice versa, instead of judging an argument by its own merit. Polarization like this is why the US has become such a cesspool. It's literally tearing apart the country. It's so fucking stupid.
