No, my comment wasn't about the multiplat list, I know that only the ps4 version sales would be included. It's about a separate tweet.

Mixing two things. TLOU is 3rd PS4 Sony published. That is reference to the PS4 exclusives answer plus it not showing on the multiplats (as it would be behind Spider Man and GoW).

You see that his replies aren't to asking if both were included.
