If they are to continue succeeding, they have to focus on the consumer. They should focus on what exactly they're bringing to the table, and how they can serve the people that have chosen them for their gaming this current generation.
Frankly, I don't believe they're gonna succeed again yet. I've seen and have studied a lot about this industry, and I believe Sony is in a very tricky position. On one hand they can't risk giving up what they have, and yet they might face disruption by other tecnologies that are coming up, if they don't change. So, the way I see it, it is damned if you do and damned if you don't. So, I don't really have a very good advice to give them, If what I thought really mattered. Their dominance will inevitably fade away to a certain degree, that's how I see it. So, in terms of PlaySation business it doesn't matter what Microsoft does, it only matters what Sony chooses to do..
