It's not really justice for the crime though, don't think there is anywhere that even if the accusation was true would have death penalty for what he was said to have done.
Taking away the gift of life from someone (yourself included) is one of the worst things any person can do, all the time and energy spent in that life from conception, through education, food and care from their peers and adults.... to end it all by choice is just such a devastating waste of life. (imo of course, I know there are countries now which allow assisted suicide under certain conditions, I'm just putting out my feelings on the subject)
