My first games were Space Commander (a Space Invaders clone), Titan (a pretty innovative breakout variant), and Crusher Castle (an indie top down action-adventure. Yes, indie games existed already in 1989), all on my 286 PC.
Game number 4 was Alpha Waves, the very first 3D Jump&Run title ever. Here's what it looked like:
