They didnt forget. They made an attempt and gave up (Oculus). Rightfully so. XboxOne would ve been even below the below bare minimum that is PS4 PSVR.

Thay knew that even before announcing, so you they either forget to say they backpadelled or something of the kind. And PSVR is alot above the bare minimum.
