I was actually thinking of this, but a direct like this could be a place to announce 'Zelda Emblem', a game with Zelda characters like Gorons but with the Fire Emblem gameplay style.

Three Houses was mostly K.T with supervisory roles from Intelligence Systems, and given Nintendo's recent Zelda focus it makes more sense than a Paper Mario (assuming that Paper Mario doesn't have its own team or something....I honestly don't know).

Pikmin and Prime Trilogy ports for early next year are fairly probably things. I'd also expect Pokemon stuff as directs can reveal new mons in the past...though I'd also be half expecting this is the place that Nintendo tries to damage control themselves the entire Sword and Shield kerfuffle.

...They have plenty of reasons to. The Pokemon titles selling, say, a million less units is not good for them. The backlash potentially affecting Town sales is bad for them. I'm sure their public managers want to stop getting spammed with hash tags and the what not. They aren't unaware of Battlefield 5, Battlefront 2, Fallout 76, and other title's notable issues.

That isn't even going into what happened to Federation Force....much smaller game, but I don't think Nintendo is unaware of fan backlash potential.

It's their big title, and I somehow doubt Nintendo is happy with how the situation is handled. I mean....the backlash is even bad in Japan. Though I have no idea what might their attempt at damage control would be like....

Except I somehow don't think it would match Game Freak's issues in that regard.

The Democratic Nintendo fan....is that a paradox? I'm fond of one of the more conservative companies in the industry, but I vote Liberally and view myself that way 90% of the time?
