Nintendo: Wii U. Actually a close call between this and (please don't hurt me) the Gamecube, as both systems had an 18-month spell with tons of great games, and then absolutely nothing. However, the Gamecube was at least a well-designed system that was never going to have any prayer of competing against the juggernaut that was the PS2; by contrast, from a pure hardware design standpoint the Wii U may well be the worst console ever produced by a major manufacturer. (I won't deny that the Wii was weak for the era and had a major shovelware problem, but I just have too many fond memories of playing it with friends and family to rank it below the Wii U or GC)
Sony: PS3. Too expensive, lacked decent exclusives until near the end of its lifespan, and too many of its multi-platform releases looked and/or ran worse than their 360 counterparts. That said, my least favourite Sony gaming system overall would actually be the Vita, as there were just so many bone-headed decisions that completely squandered the system's potential.
Microsoft: Xbox OG. A solid first effort from the company, but in retrospect its library was kinda undistinguished outside of Halo 1 & 2 and a few other games, and far too many of its multiplats were just minimally-upgraded PS2 ports (though to be fair, the Gamecube had the same problem). Xbox One could have been a LOT better, but it had a few things that came along later (including back-compatibility and the Game Pass) and put it above the original.
