Well Wii just needed about this much to pass PS1, but didn't have wind on it after crossing 100M =p
But yes I think XB1 will sell more than 3.15M before discontinuing. But without MS giving numbers after that almost 10M shipped we can't be sure. Will they give a statement saying "we are proud to inform that the Xbox family is the best selling console ever released" (because since X1 have BC they can consider the HW sales of the other 2 gen as if from X1/jk).
