Does Anyone Know How Nintendo Accounts Work With Multiple Switch Units?

Man, I play my digital games on both my switch and in my girlfriend switch.
Still, she can play my games on her switch, since she log on my account on her switch, adding that im not playing that game online at the moment.
Totally different from 3DS and wii U.
