Three Houses is a lot bigger in scope and scale vs. the 3DS games. So much so that IS needed Koei Tecmo's help to get it working. They wanted to make a more home console style FE game, so that's why I put it under the "Console Category". Mario Maker is a game that's better suited for handheld/mobile play than consoles IMO, especially with a touchscreen, so that's why I put it under Handheld. |
It’s also evident that Fire Emblem Three Houses is bigger in scale because of the platform it’s on. It’s safe to assume that if Nintendo followed the same usual release schedule having two different platforms to support, FE would have been more traditional and handheld only.
