Unfortunately yes.
The left one on my Switch drifts down sometimes, but so far it hasn't been a huge deal. (When I want to go down one item in a list, sometimes it goes down 2 or 3 items.)
My son's Switch is far worse. His left Joy Con drifts left heavily. Even standing still or aiming in Zelda becomes a huge problem. It got a bit better after blowing in some air, but it shouldn't happen so much in the first place.
