The game they were working on likely is being transformed into MP4 this is highlighted by them looking for an art director as that in development indicates they already have a working concept done that they're happy with and are now looking to apply the art to the assets. It was rumored back in 2017 that they were working on a sci-fi game it's possible they were working on a game that's a spiritual successor to traditional Prime while the new team tried something new and it didn't work out so RS stepped in and presented their project to salvage things.
