I've just never been able to get into PC gaming.  I do own a decent rig.  But, I just prefer the plug and play nature, the ability to resell games, and the ease of use of console gaming.

You don't like good prices, superior games, free online and mods by people for free ?

I do like those things, yes (though I don't care much about mods).  But, I like to play on my couch, with a controller in my hand, in addition to the other things I mentioned. And, while I know that is possible with a PC, the reality is that most PvP games played with controller on PC basically guarantees constant losing to people with keyboard and mouse.  I'd say that counters the free online point.

PC gaming is definitely not cheaper for me, as I resell most console games after I play them, usually for 80% or so of what I paid.  (I'll note that I have a lot less time to mess with reselling now though.  So, this factor is starting to become less significant for me.)

Superior games.... PC certainly wins there.  It is an important factor to me, and the one thing that always speaks to me from the back of my mind saying "buy it on PC, buy it on PC, buy it on PC"

Mods - like I said, I just don't really care about them.  That's probably because I'm really a console gamer, and they're just not a big part of console gaming.

Anyway, PC gaming is looking more and more appealing to me.  But, I'm still seeing more check marks in console's favor.  There's also the fact that I'm a creature of habit, and I've been playing on console since I could hold a joystick (one of my first memories is of playing Pitfall on Atari 2600 in 1982 or 83. I'd have been 2-3 years old).
