The reason why the guy in the first one says that after 13h he's not saying he's fine is because Etika had a breakdown late last year already - but came back saying it was fake (in retrospect probably an attempt to put his insecurities under the rug). I'm pretty sure that at least is part of the reason for such comments, thinking it was just a stunt.

Yeah, I remember the first time he disappeared and then came back pretending it was all just for play, you could already tell there was something very wrong. But people took it as a stunt and kept joking about it. I guess that's what happens when you cultivate a fanbase and a culture all around memes and jokes, but that doesn't excuse people for being insensitive. Unfortunately, it seems to be how the internet is nowadays - every platform is encouraging short, thoughtless and controversial posts, and it's seriously fucking with people's minds. The things that are said online constantly, you'd never see someone speak out loud, but since everyone's online all the time now, it's even worse than in real life - think of it, when some random person is an ass to you in real life, you might be thinking of it for a while but then you'll move on, because it doesn't matter, but on the internet? On the internet, when something gets said it remains there, you can see it as many times as you want and sometimes also when you don't want to, and that can have a seriously negative impact on people.

He seemed pretty fine and happy during his christmas stream. He wasn't acting weird and was pretty normal and happy that he fixed his living situation. That's probably why people were not as concerned.
