This is a typical media spin, though, and it was the same deal with the "grab her by the _____" stuff. The media claimed he endorsed grabbing women without consent in that line, when they knowingly cut out the beginning of the sentence that set the context ("They let you grab them by the _____").

If you want to detract from the guy, call bullshit on policies. If nothing else, fact check what is being said about him. The Trump Bump makes negative coverage of Trump profitable, so media outlets typically exaggerate losing their minds over him to get clicks.

That is totally incorrect.  This is the reason why Trump excel at what he does.  Trump never said some, he never used words to classify different groups instead he used absolutes in his statements.  The problem has always been people who take what he says, like what you are doing and change the context to fix what you believe he was saying. 

Its the same situation with your example of "Grab her by the _____".  The media did not claim anything because anyone who was interested heard exactly what Trump stated since they all but Fox News played the whole tape.  Yes, we did here him say "They let you grab them"  We also heard how he just goes in and kiss them without consent stating they let you do it because you are rich.  The complete context was a man who decided to brag about taking advantage of women because he was rich.  Just think about it, sleeping with some Porn star while your wife has just delivered your child.  Hell, Trump has cheated on each one of his wives, that is pretty much what he does.

The thing is you are trying to make Trump out to be this moral person which he is definitely not.  You only have to do moderate research on Trump to see that he has always been a grifter.  Does that mean he would be a bad President, actually no it doesn't.  None of the moral stuff Trump has done would actually be a knock on him as a leader.  The knock on Trump as a leader is that he is an Idiot.  You can look throughout his pass and see that he has always been this big BS artist who has lied about his wealth and his business prowers but in reality he is just a con man and not a very good one.

Trump didn't call all illegal immigrants rapists and criminals with absolute language. In the very same press conference he referred to them as good people.

And again, you just glossed over the "they let you do it" without even realizing you had reinforced what I said. I'm not saying Trump is a good person. Most people who end up president aren't good people. Hell, Bill Clinton was one of the best presidents and he lied under oath about cheating on his wife in the White House.

And then you resort to name-calling instead of calling out policies. You used mainstream media spins to attempt to reinforce the rhetoric they spread about Trump, and then you called him an idiot without addressing the point I was actually making in my post:

Call him out on policies. Call him out on the decisions he makes as president that affect the nation. But you were so worried about talking bad about him that you couldn't even be bothered to do so.
