It is finals time, so kind of in bball mood. Usually sales on sports games are in off season.

But even though I feel I could get $3 worth of entertainment out of this game easy, no way am I going to download this 40gb game. Way too big a download for what will entail a few hours of fun before I get annoyed by micro's

Didn't they make this game have like some BS huge insane long grind to get your character good in order to entice you to pay to win basically?

I've no idea about the longer playing of the game but I took a look at the "story" mode and was kinda overwhelmed with the amount of things to do in it so far (also by the fact that you get shipped off to Japan or so to play because you aint big enough for US bball and the game includes a whole TV commentary in "asian" which you can't seem to turn off) but going back to quick games and such I have to say it's one beautiful looking and running game on the Switch, really they didn't skimp on anything which might have saved space including crazy tv show presentations from virtua Shaq and co talking before even exhibition matches and a huge rap soundtrack that I would happily have not downloaded!

The same as the other 2k game I've played on the Switch though in wwe2k18 this is the second title I've seen on the console that doesn't just not support taking videos... but also prevents the user from taking screenshots of gameplay, which is a shame because I was going to cap a few pics of how good it does actually look to message a mate but alas I can't make my own screenshots!

I honestly haven't played a basketball game since the gamecube NBA titles which included the Mario characters in them and I had great fun with this game for about 3 hours today, there's a lot of EULA to wad through as well as setting up an online profile to allow you download even more updates in game once the whole title has downloaded and updated on the main system but still... if you were a fan of Basketball this would be a shame to miss out on for the cost (providing you have a decent size SD card that can handle the 35+GB's required for it.

I would say.... think about it like this, the game normally costs 60e and a 256GB micro SD on Amazon costs around 55e https://www.amazon.co.uk/Samsung-Mobile-UK-MicroSD-Adapter/dp/B06XFS5657/ref=pd_sbs_147_6/262-7149599-5171361?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B06XFS5657&pd_rd_r=d0b2c076-8e0f-11e9-bf84-e5343fa59690&pd_rd_w=rFloz&pd_rd_wg=Ryrvo&pf_rd_p=18edf98b-139a-41ee-bb40-d725dd59d1d3&pf_rd_r=47QY12HPVAA432J39V0P&psc=1&refRID=47QY12HPVAA432J39V0P so you could technically buy this game on the eshop for 3e and that memory card for your switch and still be saving on the original game cost as well as having 200GB of storage added to your switch in the purchase.
