Yes, Ms fans, PS fans and Nintendo fans have all been making excuses for all sorts of things in their beloved companies, for decades.

But here we were talking about one SPECIFIC INSTANCE.

Are we really gonna start a list of all the excuses the fanbases have made over the years?

It is a very direct case.

MS Fans before buying studios "MS isn't creating/buying new studios because it takes years to build a studio".

After they bought some then PS fans "It will take some years for they to release good games".

You can't really point fingers to people claiming it will take years for the good games when that was exactly what MS fanbase were saying just before. Much less say it doesn't have to do with this specific instance.
