Still kinda looks like a HD 3DS game at times, and Dynamax is just really not that creative or interesting. Like, if this were the 90's making things bigger and stronger would be cool but we should be past lazy gimmicks like this. I'd rather it not be there at all. I kinda wish gimmicks like Z Moves were never introduced, now they feel like each game has to have a soul-less gimmick to invoke "new".

Yeah, I feel like that's the general consensus on these gimmicks at this point. Mega Evolution was fine, and they should have kept it and expanded on it instead of ditching it for a new dumb gimmick every generation. That said, since I was already expecting something dumb, I'm definitely not as turned off by this as I was with Z-Moves, those were the absolute worst.

I sort of disagree about it looking like a 3DS game in HD, Let's Go was that to me. This looks like a low-budget Switch game I'd say... which doesn't make it much more acceptable, since we're talking about a 15m+ seller here. But it's Game Freak, what can we expect?

Right, Mega Evolutions didn't bother me and I felt those should have become the main focus of future pokemon games from Gen 6 onward. And at times the game looks like a budget Switch game and at other times in the trailer it looked like a PS2 or 3DS game in regards to textures. I spent a lot of time on my 3DS and it's just that some of those textures are giving me flashbacks.

It's definitely going to sell extremely well, maybe the best selling in the series since Gen 4. I look forward to the day where Gamefreak steps into 2013 in terms of presentation.
