Switch overtakes total PS4 sales in Japan, in less than half the time

With the switch success, I am wondering how square will respond with dragon quest 12. Making the game ps5 exclusive wouldn’t be a good idea, but would they go through the trouble of remaking a whole game again for the switch release?
