Yea so many devices can stream that it isn't that important. I use rokus on "dumb" tvs myself. I can see why some might want it though. Amazes me that Switch got hulu pretty quick in its lifetime but I don't think Netflix has come yet. It's like wtf Netflix.... Heck they had decent amount of users back in day using Wii's only for it. Not sure why Netflix isnt there yet.
However, like you said it isn't going to make or break the system. I don't even think they have a browser yet for Switch and Wii U had one day one. That did come in handy back in day for me though. To pause game and go to browser to look something up.
