Out of 10 points it loses:
1. 1 Point for not being made by Maxis
2. 3 Points for not even mentioning Will Wright
3. 2 Ponts for Hudson being the developer
4. 1 Looks 'meh' considering they had time to work out the textures.

I'm going to wait to hear the sound track, if it's good then maybem, Sim City 4 was painful on most PC's when you went for a bigger map and got to megaopolis status. It takes a toll on your RAM, Sim City DS hits hard on the RAM also, I want to see what this game has in store.
