I think this is great news, both companies win. Sony gain a stable state of the art cloud service and MS continue to rake in millions by suppling a cloud network in the gaming industry and takes some of the pressure off Xbox consoles. This will put pressure on Google and Apple.
I wonder if any of this has to do with Sony not appearing at E319.. its a little strange that a mega deal like this gets formed and Sony drops out if the biggest gaming event for the first time. Anyway I might be looking too much into that one
