Wow, that looked like hot garbage. Sonic's design sucks. Looks like the tried to make him more human-like in the body and cute in the face. Also, he's fast enough that time stops and he can take out the missiles, but can't avoid a tranquilizer dart? Nice that there's a cinema sin already in the trailer. Can't bode well for the rest of the film.
And not sure why people are praising Jim Carey. He's just being...Jim Carey. Nothing new or unique about that role. It's old hat at this point.
Sadly, it seems we are getting a movie of the stupid Adventures of Sonic, goofy Robotnik included, not the much better Sat morning Sonic, with the more intimidating Robotnik. Can't wait for this to flop.
