If I'm honest it'll be hard for any system to top the SNES for me simply as it was my first console and many of it's games like Starfox, Donkey Kong Country, Yoshi's Island, etc largely defined my formative years as a gamer.

I still think though that setting nostalgia aside SNES is still a truly formidable beast, with not only one of Nintendo's strongest first party lineups but a third party library better than any of their systems since.

As for the N64, it's only just holding it's lead over Switch at the moment thanks to the likes of diamonds like Banjo Kazooie/Tooie, Mario 64, Starfox 64, F-Zero X, and Ocarina of Time. Switch doesn't have quite that many true greats yet, though I have little doubt it will eventually.
