Everyone who has money and fame can become President . Well not all but it need to have all the requirement or at least you already in some political party or group and have some achievement .
But what so funny with this stories is he was a comedian who play as President. It shows and prove that a President is just an acting Job. You just need good charisma, good speech , good acting and likeable.
