That's probably additional fatalities.

Yeah.  Two minutes on Google tells me that each character has a secret Fatality you can unlock by grinding, in addition to their normal Fatalities.  Moreover, you can do those Fatalities even if you don't "unlock" them, just by looking up the inputs online.
