That's right, If life on the home planet of the alien is based on different Amino acids than life on Earth, we would be probably immune to all diseases the alien might have. You have to be careful about the ph-value of the alien genitals because it could potentially be very painful

That's not really how immune systems work. You're FAR more likely to be very vulnerable to whatever diseases they may have, assuming they can work in our biology which is questionable in itself.
