Hmmmmmm, I do not clock mine either so maybe I am wrong on this.  I am gonna do a B playthrough on REmake 2 this weekend.  I think I may actually time it because now I am curious.  It still never seemed more than 8 hours to me, but in the moment I suppose it is easy to lose track of time.

Mine lasts maybe 6~8 hours, and that's with the light dimmed to the lowest setting. It definitely uses a lot of battery, but it's not a huge issue for me at least, as I just have a habit of plugging it in when I'm done playing. Even if I do forget to plug it in and it does end up dying while I'm playing a game, I can usually just give it a quick 5 or 10 minute charge and I'll be good to go for at least a little while.
