The site doesn't track CPU/GPU shipments for PC players. The site hasn't tracked Ouya, NES & SNES mini nor the Playstation Classic numbers and, back in the day, it didn't track OnLive or Gaikai.
I don't see why Stadia or the Apple thing should be different.
