I guess I can understand your stand on the console port, but it's not the game's fault, it's on the devs, and it's weird that enemies block you with their backs facing you wth? I mean you can pretty much stealth kill them from the back, in the air, behind a wall and from a ledge. Anyways, try it on pc man, it runs great.
