No one on the left disagrees with free speech, it is one of our core principles. It always favours the progressive elements of society against the reactionary conservative elements.
I would have taken it a step further and mandated that ALL institutions, private and public, require freedom of speech in order to be accredited as an educational institution.
I describe myself as a little dose of toxic masculinity.
