With Paradox Interactive? They ditched their own store (GamersGate) to go all in into Steam, then opened up to other platforms a couple years ago. Considering the crowd of gamers who normally play Paradox titles and how much they tend to listen to them, that would be hugely counterproductive for them, unless their gamers would say to do so.
