Clearly everything seeing as with the 15mb test its barely behind a xb1x. Which is showed at the 12.47 minute mark!

Are you saying that's the customer they're aiming for? 

It might be different in the rest of the world but the slower connections like the 2MBps lines would have drastic data caps which limit users to 480p streaming at best if using things like YouTube for any length of time. 

Can't imagine that being a really xbox1x rival in terms of fidelity with incurring huge fees for bandwidth.
