I didn't say it was low.

All I said is that it was lower than the other console's better months, and lower than my predictions. Thus, it underperformed to my expectations. Just because it was #1 and sold quite well, doesn't mean it performs to my expectations.

Lets compare to Jan.

PS4

2014- 271k

2015- 189k

2016- 227k

2017- ~227k

2018- 254k

2019- 195k

Switch

2018- 270k

2019-  284k

Switch January's >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> PS4 January's.

Switch Feb? unfortunately not.

Well, tbf, Switch had no noteworthy release that month while the PS4 did get some pretty big ones: For Honor and Horizon: Zero Dawn in 2017 while 2016 had Firewatch, Far Cry Primal and Heavy Rain. 2018 was more toned down, with some mid-cards like UFC 3, Dynasty Warriors 9 and Kingdom Come: Deliverance, but that's still bigger than anything the Switch got this month.

2017 was okay I guess. 2016 isn't noteworthy, Far Cry Primal sold 363k with all platforms combined and shooters get a higher share on XB1/PC. PS4 still managed 404k.

In Jan of 2019 Switch did get NSBU deluxe and the Switch did quite well, so I expected a stronger Feb too. It isn't bad, but I agree that more games would definitely help.
