Wrong. The DLC characters are not unlockable in the main game. The first is Mai from King of Fighters, and my guess is the second character will be Terry Bogard. They have nothing to do with the DOA story or main game. Raido is the end boss, and yes he is playable.

Is that a definite? Usually they introduce the extra fighters within the games unlockables.
