This is really what it all comes down to. MS succeeded in getting people excited about Gamepass. That doesn't even necessarily mean that people think it's better, or more important, more significant, or anything like that. They're just excited, because it seems like a foreshadowing of the future of gaming. For whatever reason, PlayStation didn't succeed in getting that kind of buzz around PS Now. I don't know that they even tried.
